Job Description
The Trainee Process Associate will work in the International Voice Process as an AR Caller. The employee will analyse outstanding healthcare claims, call insurance companies, understand the reason for non-payment and update the account with the next action. Key Responsibilities
- Review assigned accounts receivable and outstanding medical claims.
- Call insurance companies to obtain claim status and payment information.
- Identify denials, submission errors, credentialing issues and billing roadblocks.

- Determine whether the next step is correction, resubmission, appeal, adjustment or transfer.
