Job Description

Novigo Integrated Services is hiring AR Analysts with experience in physician billing and denial management for its US Healthcare process. The selected candidates will be responsible for following up on unpaid insurance claims, resolving denials, submitting claim appeals, and ensuring accurate billing activities. This position requires hands-on knowledge of medical billing procedures, payer portals, CPT coding, modifier usage, and healthcare insurance processes. Candidates should possess strong analytical abilities, communication skills, and the capability to work efficiently in a work-from-office environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform accounts receivable follow-up for unpaid medical claims.
  • Review and resolve denied insurance claims.
  • Analyze denial reasons and take appropriate corrective actions.
